Laura Finkelstein is a transactional attorney with experience in entity formation, joint ventures, partnership restructuring, and private offerings. She has extensive drafting experience and specializes in drafting partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, and private placement memoranda. She also assists clients with loan transactions and real estate transactions.
Laura previously worked as an associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton and Allen Matkins. In addition, she worked as a freelance attorney with Montage Legal Group. She has also been a licensed California real estate broker since 2007, and she co-founded and ran a non-profit to raise funds for her local elementary school.
In her free time, Laura volunteers with StandUp For Kids, the Friendship Shelter, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling the world, exercising, and cooking.
